How do I book a session?Booking a session with us is easy! Just visit our website and use the [booking/contact] form.

What if I have a specific date in mind but it's more than a year away?Feel free to reach out to us with your preferred date, even if it's more than a year in advance. It's best to secure your booking with us at least 12 - 18 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning.

Do I need to pay upfront when booking in advance?Our payment policies vary, but generally, a deposit or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking in advance. Remember, the earlier you book, the more likely you are to secure your preferred date and time. Feel free to contact us for more information or to start the booking process!

What if I need to reschedule a session I booked in advance?We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our rescheduling policy in the contract to understand the process and any associated fees.

Do we have to provide transportation?Yes couples are required to provide transportation to-and-fro if there are multiple venues and also to the outdoor portion of the session. Providing transportation ensures that the team can focus solely on capturing the event without worrying about travel logistics.

What time will the team report?The team will report at least 1 hour before the preparation ends. We usually cover the bride getting ready at her prep venue. However, if both the groom and the bride are at the same prep venue, we could cover both sides.

How do you handle adverse weather conditions on the shoot day?Safety is our priority. If weather becomes an issue, it's always a good idea to have a backup plan. We can help you source wet weather locations to ensure your special day goes smoothly.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?Out cancellation and refund policy is outlined in our terms and conditions. We aim to be flexible and understanding.

Can we split the hours?Unfortunately, coverage hours included in your package cannot be divided or split within a day. You may wish to split the event hours in 2 days with a split day charge of $300 per day. For 13 - 16 hours packages, however, you may split the coverage hours to maximum of 2 days consecutively. Any splitting of additional day, split day charges might be incurred. event breaks are counted as working hours as well.

Can we get a second shooter for a few hours only?Minimum hours for a second shooter is 5 hours. Though, we highly recommend couples to get a second shooter for the full hours to maximise possible creative angles.

How many photos will be delivered?Unlimited! We strive on documenting your wedding, we don't put a limit as your wedding could have plenty of memorable moments. We give as much as we capture excluding duplicates of photos, test shots and other unusable shots.

When will I receive my photos/ film?After the session, we carefully select and edit the best shots. You can expect to receive your photos/ film within 8 - 16 weeks.

Will we get a preview of the film before submission?Absolutely! A first draft of the video will be given for you guys to check before we submit.
